The event will also be the occasion for a visit to Italy of a Foreign Trade Delegation, composed in particular of professional buyers from the United Kingdom, led by Gianni Ferrari of Gusto Food & Beverage and to allow the agri-food companies that will be present to expose, show and have their food and wine products tasted by a qualified audience of professional buyers, with the possibility of establishing in the two-day event business negotiations to enter both the UK market and the markets of other European countries. In addition, participating companies will compete for a series of awards and prizes for the best products presented.
We would like, together with all of you, with this event to give our small contribution, on the one hand to the search for the best quality of made in Italy food and wine, with the awarding of the Gusto Quality Awards and at the same time give the opportunity' to participating companies, to get in touch with qualified foreign buyers, without necessarily having to go abroad.

The event will take place from the morning of Friday 18 October with an exhibition of excellent food & beverage products. The producers present will have the opportunity not only to present their products but also to establish sales negotiations with qualified international buyers. The presentation day will be interspersed with a rich buffet lunch with specialities prepared by Le Gronde Restaurant.
We will invite Italian personalities for the opening of the event itself.
A number of masterclasses and tastings held by professional chefs and sommeliers are scheduled throughout the day.
On the evening of Friday 18 October, after an aperitif offered by one of the sponsors, there will be a Gala Dinner.
On Saturday 19 in the late morning there will be an Award Ceremony for the winners of the second edition of the "Gusto Quality Awards".

The exhibition is reserved for Italian agri-food producers interested in promoting the quality of Made in Italy and meeting professional operators from the United Kingdom and other European countries, to whom they can present and have their products tasted and with whom they can immediately establish business negotiations.

GALA DINNER
As already mentioned, the Gala Dinner will be held on the evening of 18 October . The dinner will be prepared using raw materials from companies present at the showcase. The dishes will be paired with a selection of wines and spirits from companies present at the showcase. The dinner will also feature live music.

The event, will also include the Gusto Quality Awards for the best products presented by participating companies. The Gusto Quality Awards aim to reward the quality' of food and wine products and B2B International Group is pleased to host the second edition of this important award near Pavia, where one of its regional offices is based.
For each producer present at the showcase, the products on display will be judged by a Jury Panel, a panel of buyers, Chefs, Sommeliers Food and Wine Experts. Different categories of products and product characteristics will be awarded.
The Award Ceremony, will be presented by Dr. Raffaello De Crescenzo, Divulgator and Enogastronomic Communicator, as well as Jury Coordinator, with interventions by Franco Amoroso, President of B2B ITALIA Srl and Gianni Ferrari CEO of Gusto Food & Beverage.
